We bring to life food-forward events. Conserve is first and foremost a family endeavour, passionate about hospitality, food and nature. Our goal is to create memorable experiences that leave every person feeling satisfied and inspired.
Since 2021, we’ve been hosting groups from 20 to 100 people at one of our three unique venues: an inviting restaurant in Cowansville, a wooded estate in Brome and a historic church in Dunham.
Whatever the nature of your event, we’re here to offer you an experience tailored to your tastes and needs.

Our food reflects our commitment to taste, transparency and sustainability. Every choice we make about the food we buy, cook, serve and eat is an act of support for the people, the soil and the ecosystem that supports it. For us, it’s a no-brainer: we know exactly what we’re eating, we know where our food comes from, the meticulous care taken in making it and the people behind it.
Our cuisine is simple, well-crafted, Italian-inspired with an abundance of local produce. Our menus vary in tandem with the seasons and are rooted in what our partners can supply at any given time.
